Adults 21 and older who shop and transport for a patient. Each patient can register up to two.

Every recommending physician is an Ohio-licensed MD or DO with an active Certificate to Recommend from the State Medical Board. Each decides independently. Telehealth visits use HIPAA-compliant platforms.
