Welcome to KetteringCannabis.Clinic (the “Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.
KetteringCannabis.Clinic is an information and marketing website. We provide general information about Ohio's medical marijuana program under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3796 and facilitate access to third-party telehealth booking services. This Site does not provide medical services, issue certifications, submit state registration applications, render clinical advice, or participate in any clinical decision-making.
We are not a medical practice, pharmacy, dispensary, or healthcare provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Ohio Division of Cannabis Control, the State Medical Board of Ohio, or any government agency.
All appointment scheduling services are facilitated through Acuity Scheduling, an independent third-party booking platform. All clinical services are provided solely by independent Ohio-licensed physicians who are not employees, agents, or representatives of this Site.
When you book an appointment through this Site, you are scheduling with an independent, third-party physician — an MD or DO licensed in Ohio, holding an active Certificate to Recommend, and in good standing with the State Medical Board. These physicians are solely responsible for:
We do not supervise, direct, credential, control, or employ any physician. No provider–patient relationship exists between you and KetteringCannabis.Clinic.
We do not guarantee that a physician will issue a recommendation, that a state registration application will be approved, that an appointment will be available at a particular time or price, or any specific outcome. Recommendation decisions are made solely by the independent physician, and registration approval decisions are made solely by the Ohio Division of Cannabis Control.
Use of this Site is intended for adults who are 18 years of age or older, or the parent/legal guardian of a qualifying minor patient. Ohio residency is required to register for a medical marijuana card. Consult the Ohio Division of Cannabis Control for current eligibility rules.
Appointment booking is facilitated through Acuity Scheduling. Payment may be made by major credit card at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is governed by the policy disclosed at booking and/or the independent physician's posted policy.
Ohio does not currently charge a patient registration fee. If the state reinstates one, it would be paid directly to the state through the Ohio Patient & Caregiver Registry — not to this Site. The telehealth consultation fee paid at booking is the only fee collected by this platform.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this Site up to date. Always verify program details at the Ohio Division of Cannabis Control.

KetteringCannabis.Clinic is not a medical provider. All clinical services are provided solely by independent Ohio-licensed physicians responsible for their own professional conduct and compliance with Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3796 and applicable Division of Cannabis Control and State Medical Board of Ohio regulations.
Medical cannabis may not be appropriate for all individuals. An Ohio-licensed physician evaluation is required to determine whether your condition qualifies. Discuss all risks with your physician before beginning any new treatment. Any general information about symptoms or conditions on this Site reflects topics patients commonly raise with a physician — it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for your own evaluation.
Cannabis remains a Schedule I controlled substance under federal law regardless of Ohio state authorization. Use may affect federal employment, housing assistance, firearms ownership, immigration status, and military service. Health insurance does not cover medical cannabis costs. A physician recommendation alone does not authorize a purchase — state registration through the Ohio Patient & Caregiver Registry is required. For current program details visit the Ohio Division of Cannabis Control.
By using this Site, you acknowledge that KetteringCannabis.Clinic is designed for individuals eligible under Ohio's medical marijuana program, established by Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3796. Cannabis is a Schedule I substance under the United States Controlled Substances Act. Transporting cannabis across state lines constitutes a federal offense.
